It’s been a while since I’ve picked up my last comic. I know I was really into Batman comics a few years ago while I was in High school. I was actually more into Graphic Novels, because I never stayed up to date with comic series. I would always get the first issue and not get around to the store to pick up issue 2 and 3. Then I wouldn’t be able to find them, but I could get a hold of issue 4. So collecting graphic novels was more of my thing.
Anyways I was browsing Digg, while in class. And I noticed the Kevin Smith is going to be co-writing a Batman mini-series with Walt Flanagan. The three issue mini-series will re-introduce Onomatopoeia, a villain Smith created on his Green Arrow run.
I myself like Kevin Smith’s movies, Mallrats and Clerks are my favorite. I never checked out his Green Arrow work, but a friend of mine said it was pretty good. I see this mini-series as an oportunity to jump back in to comics.
